Meta Quest 2 Black Screen and SoftLock in first time tutorial

thats the video of the problem, first time using them, i turn it on, i see the tutorial for some seconds and then black screen for some seconds and it returns constantly. I cant use controllers, just vibrating not responding, i can cast and conect from my phone i see the same than i see in the visor

Steps I’ve already tried to fix it:

Factory Reset multiple times → did not solve the issue.
Firmware reinstallation via Meta → also did not work.
Full 10-hour charge with the original charger → no effect.
Covering the proximity sensor to rule out the headset thinking it’s not on my head → no change.

Verified that the volume and sound overlay works correctly → system responds, i see volume UI

Other important details:

The screen works in recovery/BIOS mode, so it’s not a panel issue.

    I trust you seriously because of I lost my account Facebook  I don't understand myself. I want back to my account his old year since .why appears lost end .please what u will help me .how did you smart Facebook work available thank you sir
