Tried to start Men in Black, which it didn't. Then tried to restart.
Now all I can do is see the blue Meta Sign which then "starts" to a black display.
I can access the Factory reset page, which also includes boot and side upload (do not know what that is, but I had side quest once installed).
What can I do?
I do not want a factory reset.
I reloaded the app. Luckily my gaming progress was saved. Thanks Meta- you are still Number One to me!
It looks like factory reset is the best option unfortunately. The only thing other thing to try first is to connect your headset to your pc and try using the Meta Software update tool which can repair broken software.. Good luck! 🤞🍀
Now tried to do factory reset then I came to a No command screen with a dead andorid. The light is shining purple.
I did factory reset. Now it won't pair with my phone.
My "old" headset though reseted still is in the meta oculus phone app.
Man when did VR stop being awesome?
Your problem might be more than just software unfortunately. You should contact Meta support, there is a Meta store support link below. You tried everything possible now. Good luck!

It connects after factory reset to my wlan, but then it does not pair. The old headset still shows but does not connect, the new one(after factory reset) does not connect and pair to my mobile app which is in the same wlan.
