Meta Quest 2 Bugged?

got a question. so my vr headset (meta quest 2) suddenly shut itself off while i was playing a roblox game about a week or so ago (vr hands 3.1, specifically). it didn’t feel too overheated or anything, just the usual hot temperature that it always was after playing for a few minutes. now after it shut off, i thought maybe it was a battery issue so i put it on the charger. come to find out (after i took it off the charger) when i load into vr hands again, nothing on the map loads unless i go right up next to it. and i mean NOTHING, so the items on the map, the other players, and the map itself doesn’t load unless i’m right in front of it. i tried another game (natural disaster survival), and that one didn’t load right at first but it had initially fixed itself pretty quickly, but THEN the spawn tower stopped showing if i had been moved to the island for the next disaster. so then i went back to vr hands, same problem was still happening. the map would flicker for a bit and show the full thing, and then it would fry itself and stop loading anything until i got close. so now i’m confused on what the hell the issue is, i uninstalled and reinstalled roblox, didn’t work. i factory reset the vr and deleted everything, didn’t work. any fix you can think of that’s short of buying a new vr or installing some kind of other app to try and fix it, it has probably been attempted. mind you, this is only a roblox issue. all other games and apps work great. it’s just a roblox specific issue so i’m not sure if that means roblox is just a no-go now, or if there’s a chance it can be fixed. any help would be greatly appreciated, this has been bugging me since that was the main reason i even bought the vr in the first place.
