Meta Quest 2 head set will not turn on

I just received my Meta Quest 2 yesterday. I am in the process of setting it up. Now I am being prompted for a 5 digit code. I am to look into my headset, but it won't turn on? I am a serious newbie to this technology. Your assistance will be so appreciated. Thank you.

      Thank you, Choleni! I am such a newbie at this...I didn't have the device plugged in all the way! The headset is fully charged and I am set up. Thanks again!

      I am having the same issue, but my headset is fully charged. Any advice?
