These are the individual numbers for each part, you'll need the serial number from the box.

Before contacting support, you can try if blip charging can bring your headset back to life.
When a battery is deeply drained, it doesn't take power by normal charging.
You must do the blip charge thing until the light changes to orange(this might take an hour or so), from there it will charge normal again.
