Thanks for this clarification, on the page when I click where to find the Serial Number it says those are the two locations lol. I'll have to find the box instead.
You must do the blip charge thing until the light changes to orange(this might take an hour or so), from there it will charge normal again.
I'm not home at the minute however I will try this when I'm home, at the minute it's been left plugged in for around 2h so I guess it'll be a race to whichever method works first.
If it doesn't work I'll just go through the method of contacting Meta through WhatsApp to see if they can help on there.

Choleni gave you the correct link for the box serial number. You don't need the physical box.

That's nowhere near long enough for a deeply-discharged battery. Leave it charging for at least 6-8 hours or so.
