They assume the act of unplugging/replugging is the cure, when in reality the battery was just slowly creeping back above the cutoff voltage.

I'm aware of the protection circuit and why the headset doesn't take power. 😉
Maybe the headset would come back to life after waiting very, very long.....maybe not.
Some people had their headsets on charge over night - without success.... maybe unplugging/replugging makes the process of being able to take power again is faster?
