Meta quest 2 link app stuck on update drivers help!

my meta app has been  stuck on update drivers 

this flag does not go away if i click update and let the app restart then restart pc i have also updated my other drivers tried clicking it with and without headset plugged in via cable anyone know how to fix? (pc is win 10 ltsc with amd 7600 gpu 5950x cpu headset is meta quest 2 on newest software released jan 18)

    This happened to me when I cancelled the "restart" dialogue and restarted manually. But later, I clicked "restart" from the dialogue and after the PC rebooted, the drivers were now up to date.
