Meta Quest 2 not responding

I got my Quest 2 on christmas and up until now haven't had any issues with it. This morning I tried starting it up but nothing happened. I looked it up and it said things like use the original power cord but the light wouldn't turn on. Then it said that it might be dead but meta horizon says it is at 100%. Then it said try factory reseting it but the display didn't change at all. 

I don't know what to do.

Please respond as soon as possible

    Hello AgentPotato !

    We understand that you are having some issues with your Quest 2 as its display is not working. This is not the VR experience we want you to have. Therefore, please follow the below steps:

     

    If the headset powers on, but still no display is present:

    1. Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect boot (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.)
    2. Hard Reboot the headset
      1. Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound
      2. If the boot-up sound is not heard:
        1. Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
        2. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.
        3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
