Software is up to date and I don’t have 3rd party accessories. The only thing I have not tried yet is a reboot when fully charged so will try that next.

Rebooting from boot while fully charged made no difference. Exactly the same situation.
On the profiles that do work I get the following error messages:
Oculus isn’t responding. Meta Horizon Shell isn’t responding. Oculus assistant service isn’t responding.
