Meta Quest 2 purchased titles gone after account migration

Few years ago I had Meta Quest 2 and purchased few titles while I had it.

Recently with Amazon Prime Day deals I decided to get Quest 3S.
I've logged in with email that I've previously used and I don't see any purchase/orders history.
Titles that I previously had like Superhot VR are now available to purchase like I haven't had them before...

Any suggestions what might went wrong and how to get my previous quest profile back with all the purchases that I have made?
My Quest 3S is still on the way, making it harder to get ahold of support without assigned device, but I would like to fix everything before quest 3S arrives.

      I can't contact support because they don't see any devices associated with my account.

      If that's the only option then that means that I won't be able to use my new quest 3s when I get it and will only be able to start troubleshooting with support...

      Doesn't make sense that I have to have device associated to get in contact with support.

      To clarify - I don't see options for email, chat or whatsapp.

      Is it possible to get their support email in a different way that I could send them issue description in advance?

        You can send a PM MetaStoreHelp​ here in the forum, they can help you to sort that out.

      So it turns out that even though I can provide all evidence of my purchases like bank transaction details and order confirmation emails, they do not have anything that they can verify on their end. I think that they legally should have financial records for atleast 6 years...

      I've paid for digital goods and due to their internal strategic decisions, they deleted those goods that I have paid for and deleted whole database where they could check that information.

      That doesn't give a lot of trust with spending more money on their quest store...

        I'm sorry  and I understand your frustration.🙁

        On the other hand.... this did not happen without informing and warning the users.

        People have been getting emails (more than one) saying they need to migrate their Oculus account to a Meta account if they want to keep all purchases, friends' achievements, etc. because all Oculus accounts will be deleted.
