Meta Quest 2 to 3 upgrade advice

Does anyone know if you can transfer your game  install data and save data from the Quest 2 to Quest 3 or 3s? I'm thinking about upgrading,  obviously I'd rather stop using my Quest 2 if possible, but I don't want to lose all my data when I set up a new Quest 3 or 3S in its place. It would also be helpful if anyone knows if your Meta Horizon data such as your avatar and any worlds you downloaded and so on can carry over as well, as well as any non gaming apps installed on an existing Quest 2

    thomas.pillinger.9​  most of your data and games will transfer from th 2 to the 3/3s without issue. Ensure you have cloud gaming backups enabled in the headset for those games that support it, and it may be a good idea to backup your games and game save data using the Sidequest or Quest Games Optimizer apps.
