Meta Quest 2

My Meta Quest 2 is not working properly.  I am low on storage and when I try to go to settings I can not open the settings app as it just crashes and says unable to access settings?  My son is no longer able to play on his VR as it just is not working and crashing.  How can this be remedied?

    Hello there, thank you for contacting Meta Store Support. 

     

    We understand your Quest 2 device is not working as you expect it to and is crashing when you try to enter your settings. The first thing we would suggest trying is our online update tool. You can find the link to the update tool here. You just need to connect your headset to a PC.

     

    Additionally, we would suggest rebooting the headset, then trying your settings again for it to refresh the system and hopefully enable you to enter your settings. You can do that by following the steps outlined below. 

     

    1. Press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds.
    2. Wait 30 seconds.
    3. If your headset doesn't automatically turn back on, press the power button until your headset has turned back on.
