We understand your Quest 2 device is not working as you expect it to and is crashing when you try to enter your settings. The first thing we would suggest trying is our online update tool. You can find the link to the update tool here. You just need to connect your headset to a PC.
Additionally, we would suggest rebooting the headset, then trying your settings again for it to refresh the system and hopefully enable you to enter your settings. You can do that by following the steps outlined below.
- Press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- If your headset doesn't automatically turn back on, press the power button until your headset has turned back on.
