This usually happens when Horizon-specific safety systems flag your profile, even if your main Meta account still shows “good standing.” That’s why you see no email or appeal option.
The quickest fix is:
Contact Meta Support directly and ask them to check for a Horizon Worlds–level restriction on your account — it won’t appear in your main account status.
Ask them to manually remove or review the flag, since you didn’t receive any violation notice (which is required for enforcement).
Make sure your age verification is fully completed — missing age data can also trigger restricted access to Horizon content.
Only Meta Support can lift this type of hidden restriction, but once they review it, they usually unlock the account.

Thanks for that but where do I contact Meta Support directly? I have been looking everywhere.
I am from Australia, so not sure if it is different for everyone else.All the age verification and stuff is fine, so thank you for pointing that out.
