It's quest 2 as well. Started for me on Wednesday night (8 Oct). Worst part is I factory reset thinking it'd fix whatever issue I was having. But now I just have a factory quest 2 that I can't do start up

Naturally, my warranty is over. But meta did give me a steal when they offered to let me pay them ~$160 for a different refurbished quest 2
