Meta Quest 3 Black Screen After Logo and Firmware Arrow

Meta Quest 3s did the same to me as well. Black screen after Meta logo, and won't connect to controllers (not that it matters). I've tried factory reset, and side loading an update from desktop. What was strange was that after the factory reset it briefly started working again, but then it failed again within a day.
