Meta Quest 3 boot up then backlit screen

Question

Downloaded a fitness game last night and had a good workout. Turn the system off and charged it. Not it won't come back on. Tried rebooting it and factory resetting it. Still nothing. Any ideas? It's not even 6 months old.&nbsp;

Headset is not sweat proof. Sweat killed it.

Is that something warranty will cover? Kind of ridiculous for them to push it for fitness but not protect it from sweat.&nbsp;

Voljerm98 Totally right, there should be some water resistance around the electronics. Here is a tip for you. I use it and it works. After a workout, wipe off any moisture you see then put the headset in the case and close it. But....put something else in the case first. You know those silicate sachets and capsules that come with vitamin pills and sometimes inside bags etc when they're new? . Throw lots of them in the case, it will soak up the extra moisture. I live in a very humid country and I got the idea from my watch collection. I was worried about the humidity that can get up to 95% and that's bad for automatic watches. I put 6 capsules in the watch box along with a humidity gauge. Within 20 minutes the humidity in the box dropped to 30% while outside it was 80% on that day.. They do lose effectiveness as they soak up the moisture so you can either put new ones in every few months or just dry them out. Every time you get one in a pill bottle or new bag, just throw them into your headset case, making sure it's closed. You can buy them very cheaply online too. It will keep your headset dry and undamaged. 😁
