    Hi hamlond!

We know that having your controllers overlapping your hands in game can be a real immersion breaker and so we would love to advise on what steps you can take to work towards clearing this issue right up.

The first thing we would advise would be turn hand tracking off and then back on again by following the steps below:

    1. Press the Oculus icon on your controller to open the universal menu.
    2. Select the clock on the left side of the universal menu to open Quick settings.
    3. Select Settings in the top right, then select Movement tracking.
    4. Select the toggle next to Hand and body tracking to turn this feature on or off.

This would work to resync your controllers with your headset but if you find that your issue persists after enabling hand tracking again we would then urge you to complete a hard reboot in case there is a bug or glitch on your headset.

In order to complete the hard reboot please follow these steps:

    1. Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
    2. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Reboot Device" and press the power button.
    3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

If your issue still persists after this then you may be facing a deeper issue and so we would then urge you to reach out to us directly so we can look into this further for you.
