Hi CuriousLionfish8879 🙂
Do you play games that make you sweat a lot? The finding position in room error often occurs when moisture gets into the headset.
You can try this.....carefully, don't use heat!

Hi! So, it's actually my kids' VR, I am only just trying to fix their issue. I will watch the video. But yes, they play games on the trampoline and play gorilla tag and things that require a lot of movement. I already took it apart and cleaned out all the little crevices. I'll try watching the video and doing what it suggests. I appreciate it.
Yes, such games or workout are causing often problems with sweat/moisture.
You might consider buying an open/breathable facial interface

Our headset has gone south today, controllers vibrate every 3-5 seconds meta logo displays then the screens display nothing, lit up but nothing showing on them tried factory reset and still the same tried a reload of the software too with a sideload boot and still the same, seems to be a possible issue with an update from what I am reading, lets hope there is another update soon to fix the issue
Hi jpephotography 🙂
Maybe it's the update, maybe not. 🤷‍♀️
You said, since today the headset isn't working anymore. Did you receive an update right before that?
You can try if updating the headset, following the steps in the video, instead of using the Meta update tool can help.
It's also possible that your problem isn't caused by an update – my Q2 and Q3 both updated to version 2.1 without any issues – but rather by sweat/moisture causing corrosion inside the headset.... see my other posts in this thread.
