I have the exact same issue on my new quest 3, for me most notably when video streaming from the browser or apps in passthrough mode, especially when there’s not a lot of light. Luckily it is rare in games or non passthrough mode but it’s still annoying. It definitely happens more often in darker environments and it’s also a lot more noticeable because of the white points against dark background. Judging by the amounts of posts about this issue and the fact that there is still no fix I’m not holding out my hope but I still want to follow this thread in case anything does change
