Meta Quest 3 Freezes on First Boot Tutorial and Shuts Down

Hello,

I just bought a brand new Meta Quest 3. After unboxing, I turned it on using the power button. The initial setup screen appeared, and I clicked on the first tutorial step. At that point, the screen froze with a loud beeping sound and heavy pixelation. This lasted for about 15 seconds before the device shut itself down.

Since then, it won’t turn on normally. It only powers on if I manually select “Boot Device” from the boot menu. But even then, it freezes at the same point with the same sound and visual glitch, then shuts down again. I haven’t been able to use the device at all.

Any idea what might be causing this or how to fix it? I'm open to trying any troubleshooting steps and can share a video if needed.
