    Hi baz26 🙂

    You could try resetting the device to factory settings to see if that helps..... I doubt it though.

    But honestly… if I were you, I'd return the Quest immediately and get a working one.
    I'm not a fan of troubleshooting devices I haven't even had a chance to use yet.

     I’ve packaged the device and sent it back for a replacement.
