Meta quest 3 headset tracking glitching out

We saw that you are having some trouble with tracking in your Quest 3 headset and would like to offer our assistances with this.

 

Tracking can be glitching because of several reasons, and we would ask you to please make sure your environment is following these specific parameters.

 

• Your playing environment might be to bright, please adjust your light settings. Ex. there might be Christmas lights or direct sun light in the room.
• Your playing environment might be to dark and we would ask you to please adjust your light settings.
• There might be reflective surfaces in your play area that interfere with the tracking cameras, we would suggest covering them up if you are having this issue.
• Your playing area does not have enough contrast between objects or textures composing it, if this is the case then we would suggest that you please find a different space to play in.
• Lastly the tracking cameras on your headset might be dirty and we would ask you to please give them a clean following these instructions.
