Meta Quest 3 migration limbo never resolved

Back in 2024 when they migrated accounts, mine never worked properly. I had a support ticket open, but they never followed through and helped me.

I no longer have access to the email tied to my Quest 3.

When trying to login in to my Facebook account with the old email, it says it doesn't exist, even though my phone number pulls up two accounts, both of which are me. Neither account successfully sends me an SMS. Only the email NOT LINKED to the oculus works and receives a code to login.

On the Oculus, ONLY using my phone number allows me to login by receiving an SMS.

This absurdity has been in place ever since they f'ed up the whole migration.
