Meta Quest 3 won't turn on after update

I've been using my Quest 3 for about a week or two since I bought it. It's mostly been on charge. The day before yesterday, I decided to turn it on to update it, as I hadn't updated it in a month or two, and I wanted to start playing games today. But the day before yesterday, when I turned it off, I got a message saying I needed to wait for the update and keep Wi-Fi on. I waited for the Quest to update and turn it off, then put it on charge, but noticed the charging indicator didn't light. Yesterday, after returning from work, I tried to turn on the Quest 3, but it didn't respond at all. The charging cable also didn't respond. I'm using the original charger with the original cable. I checked the cable by connecting my phone with the same cable, and it charges fine. I tried holding the power button for about a minute, but there was no response. I tried holding the power and volume down buttons for about 120 seconds, but still no response... What should I do? I hardly used them, and they're broken...

    Hi EvilinmE and thanks for reaching out.

     

    We understand your Quest 3 isn't powering on after the update. Please try  to charge the device for a couple of hours, as the update may have drained the battery then do a force restart:

     

    • Press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds, even if it seems to be off.
       
    • Press the power button again for 10-20 seconds until the Meta logo appears to turn it back on.
