We understand your Quest 3 isn't powering on after the update. Please try to charge the device for a couple of hours, as the update may have drained the battery then do a force restart:
- Press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds, even if it seems to be off.
- Press the power button again for 10-20 seconds until the Meta logo appears to turn it back on.

The device has been charging for two days now, the indicator light is not on, and it doesn't respond to pressing the power button or the power button and volume down button.

Maybe blip charging can bring your Quest back to life. Just read the the top post of the thread in the following link.

I tried that, but it didn't help, especially considering it was only 78% charged before it shut down. I don't think the problem is that it's not charging :(

Then you should use your warranty, I think.
