Meta Quest 3S：招待特典未受領／Metaアカウントにデバイス表示なし／Amazon特典ゲームが入手できない

現状: Meta Quest 3S（新品）を購入し、購入前に友人からの招待リンクを踏んでMetaアカウントを作成しました。初回起動後にMeta Horizonアプリと連携し、ゲーム購入やプレイは問題ありません。購入先はAmazonで、商品説明にはEleven Table Tennisが無料ダウンロード可能とありました。

(1) 招待特典が届かない: 招待リンクから登録したにもかかわらず、Quest Cash（ギフト）が付与されていません。アクティベーションから7日以内に付与されるとの情報はありますが、現時点で反映なしです。

(2) Metaアカウントにデバイスが表示されない: meta.com/jp にログインして「デバイス」ページを確認すると「Metaアカウントと関連付けられたデバイスは見つかりませんでした」と表示されます。一方、Meta Horizonプロフィール設定のデバイスにはMeta Quest 3Sが正しく表示されています。このため、サポートフォームでデバイス選択ができず、手続きを進められません。

(3) Amazon特典ゲームが入手できない: Eleven Table TennisをQuest Storeで検索すると通常価格で表示され、購入履歴やライブラリにもありません。Amazon注文履歴や商品ページにも引き換えコードや案内はありません。

知りたいこと:

(1) MetaアカウントとMeta Horizonアカウントは別物か

 (2) MetaアカウントのデバイスページにMeta Quest 3Sを表示させる方法

 (3) 招待特典未反映時のサポート連絡方法

 (4) Amazon特典の入手方法（コード送付か自動付与か、期限の有無）

 

【English】

Situation: I purchased a brand-new Meta Quest 3S and, before buying, clicked my friend’s referral link to create a Meta account. After the first setup, I linked it with the Meta Horizon app and can purchase/play games without issues. I bought it from Amazon, and the product page said Eleven Table Tennis could be downloaded for free.

(1) Referral reward not received: Despite signing up via a referral link, I have not received the Quest Cash reward. I read it is usually granted within 7 days after activation, but it has not appeared.

(2) Device not showing in Meta Account: When I log in to meta.com and check the Devices page, it says “No devices found linked to your Meta Account.” However, in Meta Horizon Profile Settings - Devices, my Meta Quest 3S appears correctly. This prevents me from selecting my device in the support form.

(3) Cannot claim Amazon bonus game: When I search for Eleven Table Tennis in the Quest Store, it shows at the regular price. It is not in my purchase history or library, and Amazon order history/product page has no code or instructions.

Questions:

 (1) Are the Meta Account and Meta Horizon account separate systems?

 (2) How can I make my Meta Quest 3S appear on the Meta Account Devices page?

(3) How should I contact support for the missing referral reward if my device is not showing in Meta Account?

 (4) How to claim the Amazon bonus game (code from Amazon or automatic grant by Meta, and is there a deadline)?

    No, they are not different systems, sometimes it takes some time until your device appear on that page.

    You can always contact support here in the forum, so they can look what went wrong with your referral reward or for any other support.

    Send a PM MetaStoreHelp​ 

    click on their name, then click the "message" button.

    About the game, there is no code....look here how to redeem it.

    Meta Quest 3S はすでにアクティベーション済みですが、招待特典や Eleven Table Tennis の無料特典がまだ受け取れていません。
    ご案内いただいたリンクの手順も確認し試してみましたが、残念ながら引き換えることができませんでした。

    My Meta Quest 3S is already activated, but I still haven’t received the campaign benefits such as the referral reward or the free Eleven Table Tennis bonus.
    I followed the instructions from the link you provided about how to redeem the game, but unfortunately it didn’t work.
    As you suggested, I will send a message to MetaQuestSupport for help.
