Meta Quest 3S – Stuck on Grey Screen After Logo (Need Help)

Looking for some help from the community. My Meta Quest 3S boots normally, shows the Meta logo, but then it just goes to a solid grey screen and never loads into the home environment.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

Factory reset

Installed the latest update

Restarted multiple times

None of that fixed the issue. The headset still stops at the grey screen after the logo disappears. Has anyone run into this before or found a fix? Any troubleshooting steps I might be missing would be appreciated.
