Meta quest 3s black screen and locked state says locked
My meta quest 3s has a black screen after factory reset and I need to speak to someone instead of AI to fix my issue. How can I do this?

Btw, it is normal for your Meta Quest device info in the boot menu to say it is "locked". This indicates the bootloader is in its default, secure state, as intended by the manufacturer for consumer devices.
