Meta Quest 3s Boot Glitch

The other day I decided to play on my headset when I noticed my controllers keep buzzing because they were trying to connect to my headset. So I look to see if it was my battery’s so I tried to check on my headset but everything was stuck to my face. I couldn’t turn around to look behind me. I even tried to restart my headset and I even factory reset. Some times I could get my headset to work but most of the time it just soft locks me.
