Meta quest 3s has no audio when entering link

My oculus quest 3s has worked without problems for over 3 months, but i got back from work and suddenly i have no audio in link trough cable
its showing in the device manager and the sound manager but the green meter that shows the volume its stuck on the middle

things i have tried 
* Restarting my PC and headset
* Factory resetting my headset
* Uninstalling and installing the meta quest app on pc
* Killing the OVRservices on task manager 
* Changing the sound output to oculus headset

for some reason when i turn on the spatial sound the audio of the headset (as in the games, the sound of when you interact with something inside and the hum of the white void) reproduces in my pc speakers but nothing on the speakers of the headset 

please if anyone has a clue or any idea i will appreciate it
