meta quest 3s not charging or turning on

So my partners meta quest 3s isn't charging or turning on she has tried other cables and such the headset is only 10 days old, cant factory rest it as it doesn't show on the phone app and pushing the power button doesn't do anyting

need help as i cant afford to buy another one for her

    You have warranty.

    Since it's only 10 days old just bring it back to where you bought it and get a working one.

      the issue is because it was bought on door dash best buy wont do anything
      as it wasn't bought vie best buy's website they won't take it back

      meta has said to post it back to them, but my partner has no way to print out the lable and has no transport at all to get to a fedex to post it >_>

        In this case, you'll need to find a way to send it back to Meta.

        Your partner will need to open the email with the label on a PC with printer access and somehow get it to FedEx... or find someone to do it for her.

        Sorry, but I don't see any other option.🙁
