the issue is because it was bought on door dash best buy wont do anything
as it wasn't bought vie best buy's website they won't take it back
meta has said to post it back to them, but my partner has no way to print out the lable and has no transport at all to get to a fedex to post it >_>
In this case, you'll need to find a way to send it back to Meta.
Your partner will need to open the email with the label on a PC with printer access and somehow get it to FedEx... or find someone to do it for her.
Sorry, but I don't see any other option.🙁

yeah she just sent it with FexEx yesturday, no idea what happened with it for some reason it did that >_> does the warrnty still work with the new one when she gets it?

okay its just odd that a quest 3s that was 10 days old did this, not charging or turning on. just hit her hard without her headset now, but it shouldn't take long for the new one to happen i hope
