Meta Quest 3s not loading up

My quest 3s boots to Meta logo, then a black screen. Controllers vibrate continuously. Factory Reset does did not work. It randomly turned off and started doing this. My research tells me it is a firmware issue after the update. The problem is the serial number for some reason is not linked an account, so I am unable to get in touch with anyone how to resolve this issue.
