Meta quest 3s screen keeps randomly turning off

Hey I just got a quest 3s today and whilst doing the setup and after setup whilst using it. The screen would randomly turn black I could hear sound and interact with menus but I couldn't see anything. This happens almost every 30 seconds and is incredibly frustrating the only fix I have found is to turn the headset off and on again but it would just happen again.

Anyone have any ideas why this might be happening and any fixes they have it would be greatly appriciated.

    There might be a faulty movement sensor in the headset, and it is turning off the screen because it doesn't sense your head movement. Make sure Headset Tracking is set to ON in Movement Settings. You could try adjusting the "Display off" setting in General->Power, and making the time-out longer (like 15 minutes).

    Otherwise, as the headset is new, return it to where you bought it and get an exchange or refund.
