I've been trying to get this to work for 2 months and I've been restarting they had said many times and it still doesn't work
I've been factory resetting the headset is still doesn't work...
I tried the sideload update, and it still shows a flash of the meta Quest logo and it still does work, it just goes back to the update boot loop...
I tried everything no matter how hard i try...
Any suggestions to fix this problem...?

Sorry you are having so much issues with your quest. My friend had the same issue last week and managed to fix it by doing the folllowing. You've probably tried it all already.
Turned the quest off. Left the quest connected to a charger (not charging through a dock) for a few hours. Left the headset connected to the charger during the following, Turned the headset on and went in to the factory reset menu (power button and volume - button when turning it on) then just following the instructions for a factory reset using the headset and not the app. It took about 30 minutes but this headset finally came on to the home screen.
