Hi, I am seeing vertical lines on my display. Can someone help me with how to fix this issue?
It started three weeks back I initially started seeing them towards left part of the display, with in a week it expanded to the whole screen. Now I cant see anything due to the vertical lines. Thanks!

If your headset is still under warranty, get it replaced. I don't think an update or a factory reset will fix the problem.

If it's nearly new—for example, a Christmas present—return it to where it was bought and get a new one.
If you're out of warranty, you can use a repair service like "Fix my Oculus" in the US. If you're in another country, just google for a repair service in your country.
