I have been unable to charge my headset. I have tried multiple troubleshooting tips I found and nothing works. I have also tried getting support but the site keeps saying there is no device found even though my Meta Horizon account says I have a warranty till October 2026. I am lost. It’s my son’s device and I am not the best at technical things like this.

Try blip charging, mayb you can brpng back life to the Quest . Depending on how emty the battery is, it might take a while, until normal charging works again. I would try that for at least an hour.

About your serial number, you must put in the serial number from the box, not from the headset.
