Meta Quest 3s
Hi hoping to get some help in relation to a meta quest 3s.
Screen is currently black and will only light up when power cable connected and fully charged. If the power drops or power cable removed it will go completely dark again.
I have tried factory reset, ensured all updates are done and have tried with a new charger. Only purchased at Christmas, would warranty be an option to fix/replace.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, claiming your warranty is definitely an option… and probably what I would do.
