Meta quest 3s

Same issue just bought the Meta Quest 3 yesterday, could install 2 apps, after that impossible to download new apps, unknownerror12

We saw your thread and wanted to help you out with this!

There is two things we'd check first.

STORAGE:

If you have no or little available storage on your device, updates won't be able to download. We have a useful web article where you can read more about this.

- Press the Meta button on your right controller to open up the universal menu

- Select the clock on the left-hand side of the universal menu to open quick settings

- Select settings

- Select general

- Select Storage

WIFI:

Secondly, we'd like to make sure that your headset is currently connected to a Wi-Fi network. We also have a useful web article for this as well.

- Press the Meta button on your right controller to open the universal menu

- Select the clock on the left-hand side of the universal menu to open quick settings

- select settings

- select wi-fi

- Make sure that the toggle for wi-fi is turned on

- Find the wi-fi network that you want to connect to and select connect

- Enter the wi-fi password if one is required to finish connecting to wi-fi

For me its a brand new device not even 2 days ols , 512Gb version, nothing installed, did a factory reset, tried 3 different wifi connections, and yes its connected to the internet, i can watch youtube. 

yesterday i was able to download and install 2 games, today nothing 

are you guys sure you do not have some DNS error somewhere, i notice on your website some pictures do not load, and the downloading the link app throws a error also on my windows pc
