meta quest 3s

PLEASE HELP! I bought 2 quests 3s headsets for my kids for christmas off of amazon and they were working fine for 3 days until 1 of them just shut off mid use and went all black. the charging light wont come on or anything, ive tried holding the power button with and without the volume button and nothing happens visually or audibly. when i tried going through the support page i get stopped because my devices dont show up under the my devices tab even though purchases were mad from them, and media has been saved from them. i have tried putting in the serial number but for some reason it says "support isnt available for this device" so i cant escalate to a real person to try to help me figure this out. please help, my son loves his headset so much and he is very upset with this

  • You can get direct support from here, no serial number needed.

    Usually, the serial number they want is the one on the box/kit, not the headset itself.

    Meta's website/account structure is rather confusing. You might find your device here (Meta Quest) or here (Meta Horizon Store). I can even find two Rift S devices that I no longer own here(old Oculus/PCVR site). I've read in these forums that it can take a few days for a new device to appear on one of the sites, I forget which one it was.

    I'd suggest going through Amazon for a warranty return/refund or replacement, rather than through Meta, if you can. Meta tends to send back refurbished headsets under their warranty, which is not good if your headset is brand new.
