Meta Quest Help Center Webpage opens on start. (How do I fix this?)
Whenever I boot my PC. Chrome opens to:
https://www.meta.com/help/quest/
I cannot for the life of me figure out how this happened or how to fix it. This started happening partway through the troubleshooting in this thread here:

It is not in my crome startup settings.
