Meta Quest Link / Air Link Stuck on 3 Dots (No Video): Advanced Fixes Needed

We are still dealing with one of the most persistent and frustrating bugs in the Quest Link ecosystem. I am making this post because the endless "three-dot loading screen" issue is still happening to users for days, weeks, or even months, and there has been no effective, consistent fix provided by Meta.

The problem: My Meta Quest headset successfully connects to the PC app, which reports "Connected," but the headset itself gets stuck on the black screen with the three pulsing white dots indefinitely. I can often hear the PC audio, but I receive absolutely no video feed. This bug makes PC VR unusable.

I have tried almost every known solution to fix this, including all standard and many advanced troubleshooting steps.

      Clicked the button and it says "User Not Found." Sorry for the late response, but just confirming this issue is still happening and preventing me from using the link and enjoying the platform.

    Does Remote desktop work?

    Does SteamLink work?

    If you haven't tried this already, try toggling Link off and on in your headset settings, which will force your PC to unpair. Then go through the Meta Quest Link app pairing process with your PC again.
