I'm currently logged into my account, but when I try to access certain features it gives me an error saying my user cannot be found. I’m unable to continue because of this issue. I just want to resolve it so I can play normally again.

I pressed the link provided, and it opened correctly, but there is no button or option that says “Talk to us privately.” Because of that, I can’t continue with the support process.
