Meta Quest Link App V.83 keeps crashing.

Hello to all who see this, I am a bit of a pickle and do not know how to go about remedying this problem. I'm using an Oculus Rift S and here lately whenever I get on any VR game, I can only play it for a period of time before the link app itself crashes. I have had the headset itself since 2020. I would be playing then suddenly the screen freezes and goes black, then immediately after that I would peak at my PC screen and see that the app itself has crashed and restarted. Does anyone know what is going on with it? I really do not want to have to drop the money for a new headset.
