Meta Quest Link app

Where to start!? Just got a quest 3s (Xbox edition)… trying to connect it to pc. Installed Meta Quest Link on PC. Asks me to choose a profile picture and I can’t get any further. There is no button to continue further… clicking my option any number of times does not progress the process.

tried contacting meta support and the nightmare continues.. every option I click to attempt to reach an actual person comes to a screen where it doesn’t seem to recognize my meta account having a device attached. I can input the serial number (from arm of quest device)(purchased from Best Buy) and it says not recognized. There is a link on these same pages on where to find the sn and when you click it, it literally shows MY DEVICE and it’s serial number.

 Click on my account: devices… nothing!

 

i just want to talk to a freaking person!

 …And before anyone suggests it, YES, I have tried restarting the devices and reinstalling the app.

    Yeah, the problem is.... the continue button is there, the link app window just don't fit the screen and can't be resized.🙄

    I solve this by putting the taskbar on the right side of my screen instead of the bottom. Then the continue bottom is visible as a thin blue line and I can click on it.

    Other people solve it by turning their screen by 90° in their settings, so there is more room to make the button visible.

    About your device not shown up on that page.... often it just takes some time after the activation to appear there.

    Last.... you can contact MetaStoreHelp​ also here in the forum, if you have any issues.

    Click on their name, then click the "message" button.

    I'm having the same problem.. in here in the corner is email.. ive sent an email . Waiting for a reply..
