Meta quest link don't launch any apps

Hello! I've got strange issue yesterday. My oculus link works well in the shell. I can see the gray background and dashboard panel. But any apps failed to start. Even Oculus Dreamdeck with the dino doesnt'work. In my app i can see failed messages like that:

I've tried to reboot everything, reinstalled oculus link, update my videocard drivers but nothing helped me.

my meta quest version:

my headset firmware:

    I am having similar issues specially with my eyetracker with the error: 

    ipc_GetServerState FAILED: EyeTrackingGlobalState

    Please help me too
