Meta Quest Link Only Opens when Run as Admin

I have successfully been using Meta Quest Link application for a couple months now. I am tethering to my 

Meta Quest3 headset. Today when I double the Meta Quest Link application nothing happens, and the only way to open the program is to right click and select run as administrator.

 

Devices: Meta Quest 3 VR headset

Devices: Dell G16, 64GB RAM, 1TB SSD

Devices: GPU Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU

 

Again everything was working for a while but now the Meta Quest Link will not open.

    Ive started to have this same issue today, have you found a fix? Mine all started after the app told me i had to update my drivers to make the app work correctly and after restarting my PC it says unable to repair the app. However it opens when I run it as administrator. Can't unistall the app either as it wont show up in my apps and program section in setting, and when I try to run the installer it says unable to start process. Really worried ik not only permanently stuck with a broken app but also that VR is gonna become a pain in the ass.
