i literally just found a fix on accident, not sure what happened or why but after the app had me forcibly update my drivers the issue began to occur, to fix the issue i had to go to my local drive, program files, Oculus folder, support, oculus-drivers, and then i ran the oculus driver application. please make sure when your app forces you to update your drivers that it does it properly, im no expert but i guess when the app tried to install the drivers it didnt do it completely. i appreciate the swift response however.

i restarted my computer and it happened again, dont know whats wrong with your app but the driver update from december 5th has f'ed me over
