Meta Quest Pro's charging indicator light is off and it cannot be powered on.

When I was charging my Meta Quest Pro with cable, the indicator light suddenly went out, and the headset wouldn't turn on again.

I tried the method suggested online—pressing and holding all the buttons to restart—but that didn't work. Now it won't charge and won't turn on.

Since this headset was purchased a long time ago, it wasn’t being charged with the original cable when the issue occurred.

Furthermore, I am currently unsure which account is linked to this headset. When I attempted to Verify my device, I encountered the following error message:  Support isn’t available for this device.

    Apart from the account verification, it seems that your device is broken. Possibly the power supply in the headset has died. It won't be under warranty anymore, so you could try to get it repaired by someone like Fix My Oculus if you're in the US or a similar service in your country. But first, there is a possibility that the headset only needs to be factory reset to see if it will fix the charging problem.

    Was the headset battery deeply drainend? If so, normal charging doesn't work anymore.

    You can try, if blip charge can bring it back to life.... read the first comment in the following thread. You might have do the blip charge thing for an hour or so.

    If this doesn't work, Maccyb123​ is probably correct 👍and his suggestion to look for a vr headset repair sevice is the best you can do.

    I think, all headsets that are no longer available in the store get this message.🤔

      lixingying​  one more thing......you haven't mentioned that in your post.

      But I assume you've tried it with another charger??
